Who is RLXPX?
RLXPX is the collaboration of Danny + Garrett. The concept began in early 2024 and truly came to life during our trip to Japan in November 2024.
Originally, RLXPX began as a YouTube channel focused on creating a chill, relaxing pack-opening experience, complemented by original music. We wanted to share the joy of opening packs with fellow Pokémon fans.
Now, we’re expanding that passion into our online TCG business, bringing the same love for Pokémon to the community in a whole new way.
What is your company philosophy?
At RLXPX, we believe collecting should be fun, not stressful. We’re all about transparency—no hidden surprises, no gimmicks—just a genuine love for the hobby. Whether you’re chasing a rare card or just enjoying the experience, we’re here to make collecting chill, exciting, and pressure-free.
If we have it, you're welcome to buy it. Or don't—it's your choice. Please know that we strive to bring you the best possible price we can on our product.
What's this about transparency?
This may not be the most strategic thing to share, but we believe in transparency. Our goal is to keep margins at 15% or less on current products. Our pricing is straightforward—it’s based on our costs (product, shipping, etc.) plus 10%. If we can offer a better deal, we will. That’s our commitment to you.
We’ve stood in those store lines, watching scalpers wipe out the shelves—and we refuse to contribute to that. While market conditions may impact the pricing of out-of-print products, we’re dedicated to keeping our prices below market whenever possible. For items we can’t restock, we’ll follow market pricing with the goal of staying under it.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. All products are shipped sealed, in original packaging and cannot be returned. All sales are final.
Do you accept bulk orders or offer cases of product?
